Every February Barcelona becomes the focus of attention for the Telecommunications Industry when it hosts the internationally renowned Mobile World Congress, which welcomes over 60.000 trade visitors to the city. Since 2002 Eventive has assisted GSMA, the organizers of the Mobile World Congress, in its capacity as the official agency of the logistical management of hotel meeting spaces & catering services. In 2011 Eventive became the Congress’s official agency for event management, offsite venues, external catering, transportation, hostesses, security and other logistical services.Eventive organizes press conferences, business meetings, product launches, hospitality areas, stand designs, cocktails, parties, gala dinners & awards ceremonies. The Mobile World Congress lasts for 4 intensive days; its preparation requiring one whole year and the implication of a vast and fully dedicated team! |
