Avolta - Cocktail TFWA 2025

On the occasion of TFWA 2025, Avolta, a global leader in travel retail, chose to make a lasting impression with an exclusive cocktail event on the Croisette, facing the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

Over 500 guests, including executives, partners, and team members — were welcomed into an original scenography designed as a journey into another reality.

Our approach

Under the theme “The Magic Is Right Here” the event was designed as a progressive experience: from the immersive entrance tunnel to the open terrace overlooking the sea, the evening unfolded as a series of moments on the edge of reality. The architecture — all curves and holographic materials — evoked the fluidity of travel and the modern spirit of the Avolta universe.

The Creative Spirit experience

1. Scenography and Spatial Design

Creative Spirit designed an ephemeral architectural structure composed of two main tents revealing organically shaped spaces, along with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Croisette. The entrance, framed by a holographic geometric arch, led guests through a 12-meter immersive tunnel — a sensory gateway into the Avolta universe, featuring a shimmering carpet, curved LED screens, and shifting ambient light.

2. Experience and Entertainment

Centered around the CEO’s address, the event blended networking, culinary moments, and live performances. Guest mixologist Bruno Vanzan created a spectacular cocktail experience, turning the bar into a true stage for expression. Holographic photobooths and immersive photo spaces extended the visual experience, offering guests instant keepsakes in Avolta’s signature colors.

3. Technical Production and Logistics

– Full coordination of stage and lighting production – Management of F&B layout and bar operations – Installation of signage, security, reception, and access control – Supervision of staff uniforms, combining elegance with chromatic harmony – On-site logistical direction and overall event management

4. Artistic Direction and Branding

Every detail was conceived as a visual extension of the Avolta identity. Holographic logos, mirrored reflections, and curved lines served as the aesthetic throughline of the evening, reinforcing a sense of innovation and contemporary sophistication.
