At the Zénith in Montpellier, 2,000 employees experienced a new kind of convention: short, dynamic segments led by people themselves.

Right from the start, employees took to the stage. The Executive Committee transformed into a music band for an unexpected opening show. One testimony followed another, blending emotional moments and powerful revelations. All of it enhanced by a voting system through glowing wristbands—uncovering internal talent in a full-scale “open mic” style.
