Capgemini's Annual General Meeting, Place Vendôme. Over 200 shareholders gathered in plenary for a key institutional event: results presentation, addresses from the Board, and the vote on resolutions, broadcast live both in the room and via webcast.

Our stance: a restrained, institutional scenography, built to serve the message and the clarity of the proceedings, where the technology fades into the background so that only the words matter.

A bespoke stage designed for speech and for capture. Board desk and speaker's lectern, an infographic backdrop on stage, Europe-blue carpet bearing the Capgemini signature. Every frame is studied for the camera as much as for the room: the seating of Board members at the desk, the height of the modules, the on-screen framing set during rehearsal.
A plenary paced by the Board's addresses, the screening of institutional films, and the pivotal moment of the vote on resolutions. Eight screen configurations prepared in advance to switch from one format to another, live.
Multi-camera capture, live direction, dual broadcast in the room and via webcast, real-time vote on resolutions: a technical operation orchestrated by our Paris teams. Setup the day before, technical run-throughs in-house and then with the Capgemini teams, speaker rehearsals, briefings for photographers, hosts and suppliers. One project team, from pitch to delivery.
More than 30 years in the field have made the Annual General Meeting one of our signature formats, alongside clients such as Air Liquide, Safran and Nexity.
