A flagship event in the global travel retail industry, the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference 2025 opened in Cannes under the guiding theme “Explore New Horizons.”
An ambitious promise that Creative Spirit brought to life through the event production of the Opening Conference and the creation of a brand-new space: The Innovation Square.
To turn the conference into a vivid, immersive, and inspiring moment, a narrative show that transforms institutional speech into a true experience.
The scenography, designed around the ideas of movement and transformation, embodied the promise of the theme “Explore New Horizons”: organic lines, asymmetrical structures, and visual fluidity symbolizing the journey toward new territories.
The set, sculpted around a curved giant LED screen and asymmetrical side structures, evoked the energy of change and the discovery of new horizons. Light play, dynamic transitions, and immersive projections gave rhythm to the stage, immersing participants in a visually fluid and ever-evolving environment.
To amplify the innovative dimension of this edition, Creative Spirit conceived and orchestrated the integration of a humanoid robot on stage. A symbolic appearance, designed as a reflection of the dialogue between humanity and technology — the central theme of the event.
The ambition was clear: to turn speeches into an event in themselves. From producing the opening video to directing the speakers’ appearances, every sequence was choreographed as a crescendo of intensity, supported by seamless coordination between the production team, stage management, and speakers.

The agency also supported TFWA in the overall flow of the conference, ensuring a smooth, well-paced, and emotionally coherent experience. Supervision of stage management, audiovisual synchronization, and coordination of all service providers guaranteed flawless execution.
Inaugurated on the same day, at the foot of the Palais des Festivals, the Innovation Square marked a new milestone for TFWA. David Lisnard, joined by Philippe Margueritte and Tony Parker, officially opened this 400 m² space, designed and produced by Creative Spirit as a laboratory of ideas and sensory experiences.

By day, the space hosted conferences and brand presentations. By night, it transformed into a lounge for networking and exclusive experiences, notably for Lacoste and Sterling Parfums. A hybrid venue that proves innovation is something to be experienced as much as it is shown.
