A General Assembly and Conference Dedicated to Living Together

The guiding theme chosen: “*Welcome Home.*” A concept that reflects the desire to create a warm, friendly, and unifying environment in which every elected representative finds their place.

Two days to embody the mutualist spirit and bring to life an essential value: living together. A significant gathering, since for the first time it brought together the newly elected delegates, mandated by the volunteer members. More than just a statutory event, it was a pivotal moment to bring them into the mutual’s political cycle, allow them to experience their role, and show them their importance in society.

A narrative thread built around living together ran throughout the event, both in the content and in the design of the experiences.

Scenography and Space Design

• Creation of a monumental stage backdrop (18 m × 7 m), illustrated with pictograms representing the region’s key strengths.

• Design of a fully eco-friendly exhibition made of recycled cardboard.

• Arrangement of distinct spaces: a plenary hall for speeches, a “territories market” at the Château de Pouget, and a large convivial table for dinner.

Presentation Formats

• A conference on redistribution mechanisms at the Corum in Montpellier.

• A General Assembly punctuated by discussions and official speeches.

• An immersive evening: a local producers’ market followed by a collective dinner designed as a family-style table.

Coordination and Logistics

• Overall project management, from concept to production.

• Scheduling, coordination of technical teams, and support for speakers.

• Mobilization of a network of local service providers at every stage.
