Every detail, from the furniture to the entertainment, reflected the desire to create a shared, human-scale experience.

1. Scenography and Space Design

A contemporary guinguette, imagined as a vast collective playground. String lights, raw materials, and touches of green — a nod to Transavia’s signature — created a festive and welcoming atmosphere. The space, organized into several zones (dance floor, live stage, friendly bar), encouraged movement and spontaneous interactions. The Creative Spirit teams designed an immersive scenography, where even the service staff and performers became integral parts of the show.

2. Event Format

The evening revolved around a grand modern banquet, punctuated by live musical performances and theatrical surprises. Highlights — speeches, participatory activities, DJ sets — were designed to create a steady rise in energy, culminating in a shared, euphoric finale.

3. Coordination and Logistics

From concept to production, Creative Spirit orchestrated every detail: scheduling, technical coordination, scenography, catering management, and artistic partnerships. Special attention was given to guest comfort, smooth transitions, and the staging of service — transformed for the occasion into a true part of the celebration.
