What exactly is Heavent Meetings?
The format is built around 15-minute one-to-one meetings, scheduled in advance through a matchmaking algorithm. More than 10,000 business meetings in three days. A format that is dense, qualified and efficient.
It’s the leading event for the meetings industry and business tourism in Europe, organized since 2009 by Weyou Group. This year, it returns to the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, from March 24 to 26.
The three-day program
Heavent Meetings 2026 unfolds over three dynamic days: :
Tuesday, March 24
• Welcome evening from 9:00 pm, reserved for Top Decision-Makers and exhibitors.
Wednesday, March 25
• Exhibition from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm. One-to-one meetings and plenary conferences. Networking evening from 8:30 pm.
Thursday, March 26
• Exhibition from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Then the Heavent Awards ceremony at 7:15 pm at the Grand Auditorium: red-carpet arrival and cocktail dinner.
