MEDEF Electoral Assembly 2023

The 2023 Electoral Assembly marked a turning point for MEDEF.
Over 750 members gathered at Hangar Y to elect the association’s new president. For the occasion, Creative Spirit designed the scenography for a 4,000-square-meter space.
We also implemented a live voting system that achieved a record participation rate of over 90%.
The event concluded in style with a press conference and a networking lunch.

REFNum 12th Edition – A Quantum-Focused Event

Under the theme “Quantum is fantastic!”, our Paris-based event agency designed a hybrid event that brought together nearly 200 in-person participants, along with many others online.

We handled the creation of the laref.org website, social media visuals, the stage backdrop, as well as event coordination and stage cueing.

This event gathered SMEs, mid-sized companies, start-ups, and large corporations to explore the latest breakthroughs in quantum technology.

Once again, the Creative Spirit team came together to ensure the success of this MEDEF event.

2025 New Year Wishes at the Petit Palais – A celebration by our Paris-based event agency
