Luca & Emma: The Digital Hub at Creative Spirit

At Creative Spirit, every event project benefits from a quiet yet crucial strength: an integrated digital hub.

Led by Luca, IT Director, and Emma, Digital Project Manager, they represent a true shift in how events are conceived and delivered.

Strategic Know-How

Instead of outsourcing these highly sought-after strategic skills, we chose to bring them in-house. The result? Full control over the user experience and smart cost optimization for our clients.

What sets Luca and Emma apart isn’t just their technical expertise. Their real added value lies in their deep understanding of the event industry’s inner workings.

Involved from the very first pitch, they translate operational needs into digital solutions aligned with each event’s unique visual identity: bespoke registration platforms, live streaming, real-time data analysis... At every stage, their dual perspective—technical and operational—streamlines processes, anticipates constraints, and enhances the participant experience.

From the outset, they design digital solutions that simplify and enrich the attendee journey while staying true to the spirit of each event. The result? Smooth, personalized registration, real-time insights that help fine-tune logistics, and a seamless user experience that identifies pain points before they arise and enhances every interaction.

Their close collaboration accelerates decision-making, sharpens understanding of project goals, and delivers far more tailored solutions than any external provider could.

Digital Support for Project Teams

Internally, the digital hub acts as a natural extension of our creative and operations teams. Responsive, available, and attentive, Luca and Emma are seen as a constant support—able to liaise directly with clients, grasp the nuances of event briefs, and deliver smart, efficient tech solutions without complicating workflows.

Far beyond technical backup, their role has become a true competitive advantage for Creative Spirit: turning a rare skillset into a driver of value, performance, and agility.

“We understand project managers’ needs because we speak their language.”

Streamlining to Create Value

Beyond operational efficiency, our digital hub plays a key role in budget control for our clients. By adjusting logistics in real time based on registration data (catering, transport, accommodation), or digitizing certain processes, Luca and Emma help make each event more agile—and more responsible.

A Responsible and Ethical Vision

The Orange Hello Women project is a perfect example. For this inclusion-focused event, Luca and Emma designed a platform accessible to the visually impaired—proof that with a bit of digital daring, events can become powerful tools for integration.

Their approach naturally incorporates a CSR dimension: limiting data storage in compliance with GDPR, reducing paper waste through digitized workflows, and adjusting resources (catering, transport) in real time based on actual attendance.

“The goal is to combine performance, respect for personal data, and digital sobriety.”

Creative Spirit at the Heart of Events in Cannes

As an event agency based in Cannes, we’ve had the pleasure of organizing numerous events in this iconic city. In 2023, we were awarded the bronze medal at the Heavent Awards in the “Outstanding Event” category for the celebration marking the 75th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival.

We are also proud to be partners of the Cannes Lions – International Festival of Creativity, a major global event in the advertising and communications industry.

Our experience and deep knowledge of the city allow us to create events in some of the most stunning venues across “the Festival City.” From the Carlton Beach and La Croisette to Ruya Restaurant at the Carlton Hotel, we’ll find the perfect setting for your event.
