TFWA Beach – Cannes 2026

For the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference 2026, Creative Spirit conceived and produced TFWA Beach, the hub for the exhibition’s social events on the Croisette. The venue hosted the opening cocktail reception, the TFWA Lounge throughout the week, and the Final Night Session, the closing party held on Wednesday, September 30. The Carlton Beach Club and Vega La Plage were brought together to create a single 2,850 m² venue

Our approach

One setting, three lighting moods.

One venue, three events over four days. Rather than creating three separate settings, we designed a single scenographic language, transformed by light for each key moment.

The lines and materials remain: white lacquered counters, matte surfaces with opalescent reflections, illuminated spheres and suspended greenery. What changes is the colour and the energy.

  • Opening: white tones and cool lighting. A crisp, elegant welcome to mark the start of the exhibition.
  • Lounge: white, silver and chrome. A business lounge designed to settle in and stay a while.
  • Closing: pink and purple. The beach transforms into a dance floor.

The gradient from the 2026 visual identity ties it all together, appearing across photocalls, DJ backdrops and signage along the Croisette.

TFWA Opening Cocktail

Two entrance lanes from the Croisette lead to a photocall area featuring grey glitter carpeting, green lichen spheres and illuminated white spheres.

  • Central bar: opalescent façade, white LED lighting beneath the counter and cascading amaranthus above the back bar.
  • Central buffets: brushed blue cotton, mirrored plinths, greenery and spheres to add depth and volume.
  • Linear buffets: purple draping and high tables with chrome bases.
  • Vega La Plage area: bars illuminated in white, framed by glowing arches.
  • Carlton pier: glitter carpeting, illuminated high tables and a water bar set against a bamboo wall.
  • DJ stage: a backdrop featuring the year's signature gradient, white 3D lettering and holographic spheres.

TFWA Lounge: Business Meets the Beach

Throughout the week, the TFWA Lounge welcomes attendees between meetings. At the foot of the staircase, the sponsor wall sets the scene: blue glitter carpeting and illuminated white spheres.

  • Lounge areas: white sofas and armchairs with soft, curved silhouettes, silver cushions, and white and chrome tables.
  • Pier: transparent stools and illuminated tables that reflect the lighting without overwhelming the scenography.
  • Bars and VIP areas: dedicated sponsor bars and VIP spaces seamlessly integrated into the layout, preserving the venue's visual cohesion.
  • Music: a resident DJ from the Cannes music scene curates the soundtrack throughout the week.

Final Night Session

Wednesday, September 30, the same venue takes on a different mood: everything shifts to pink.

  • Bars: pink-lit spheres, LED lighting in the same hue beneath the counters, and suspended pink and purple floral arrangements.
  • Vega side: pink bars framed by purple arches.
  • Pier: high tables and the water bar turn pink as well, in seamless continuity with the rest of the venue.
  • Photobooth: pink glitter carpeting on the floor and backdrop, mirrored and white monoliths in varying heights, greenery and chrome spheres.
  • Photocall: a white arch outlined with LED lighting, 3D lettering and holographic spheres on the ground.
  • Stage: holographic totems linked by beams of light, with dancers performing alongside a DJ known for luxury brand events.
