Transformation of a corporate event into an immersive and emotional experience. Journey On is a journey designed for 200 investors and analysts, envisioned as a living translation of Avolta’s strategic vision and future.
To bring this ambition to life, our event agency in Barcelona imagined "Journey On" ; a corporate event with a scenography designed as an immersive narrative journey, tracing the story of Avolta, its founding pillars, and its future promises.
The overarching concept revolved around the metaphor of travel; a powerful, unifying thread for a key player in duty-free and travel retail. Every area on-site was conceived as a strategic stopover: from the future of customer experience to the DNA of partner brands, including culinary heritage and technological innovation.
The scenography was crafted to highlight the key messages of transformation, shared vision, and sustainable growth:
• Avolta as a pioneer of the duty-free industry of tomorrow • A company driven by strong, locally rooted brands • A business model based on experience and innovation
The space was designed as a truly immersive journey — a corporate event at the crossroads of an experiential museum and a brand hub:
• A digital igloo transported guests into the Duty Free of the future, using a circular immersive setup. • Brand stands designed as micro-destinations, each telling its own story, identity, and unique experience. • A culinary corner by Motta, a nod to the gastronomic expertise offered in Avolta’s airports. • A life-sized flight simulator, serving as a sensory metaphor for travel and shared growth.
The CMD content took the form of an immersive, narrative-driven talk, structured around inspiring speeches, dynamic projections, and a lively pace:
• A mix of keynotes, video capsules, and live entertainment. • A fluid storytelling approach, supported by elegant and cohesive artistic direction, linking each part of the program seamlessly.
