Making the port identity the common thread

Our stance: don't erase the venue, extend it. Former port docks, fully converted; shipping containers as scenography; a video mapping that brings their walls to life in Harmonie Mutuelle's colours. The event tells the story of Le Havre as much as it serves the agenda.

Carré des Docks asserts its industrial architecture: steel framework, raw volumes, overhead light. Rather than dressing it up, we amplified it. Shipping containers structure the dinner space and become the screens for a video mapping in the brand's colours. A sea-shanty choir punctuates the evening, a deliberate nod to the port of Le Havre. The next day, the plenary session carries the same graphic language.

• Art direction and scenography across both days, in a single graphic language.

•Design and production of the container video mapping, with photo and video capture.

•Production of the representatives' dinner: outdoor cocktail facing the dock basin, seated dinner for 320 guests, live entertainment.

•Production of the Annual General Meeting: attendance registration, electronic voting system and stage management of the plenary sequences.

•Overall coordination, from participant transfers from Paris through to dismantling.
