Our Event Agency’s Approach for the SFIL Convention

Creative Spirit conceived and orchestrated SFIL’s internal convention in 2025, an ambitious project designed to embody the company’s transformation through an immersive and inspiring experience.

“Futures in Motion”: a powerful theme expressing momentum, change, and forward-thinking. The event was built as a living narrative of ongoing transformation, playing with the mobility of ideas, formats, and spaces.

Key Messages:

• Collective intelligence as a driver for the future • The connection between human and technological transformation • Engagement as a lever for performance

These messages guided the content design, from the speeches to the scenography.

Event Scenography: A Tailor-Made Experience

A scenography designed as a space for exploration, modular and fluid.

At the heart of the Hangar Y nave, we created a central stage, evolving furniture, and organic signage that naturally guided participants through the space.

Designing the Right Presentation Formats

The plenary session, structured around three major roundtable discussions, enabled rich dialogue between experts, public decision-makers, and innovation leaders.

Sandy Prenois skillfully led the discussions, accompanied by live illustrations from editorial cartoonist Kak, who captured key moments with poetry and finesse.

The event concluded with a festive evening, highlighted by a DJ set.

Coordination & Logistics

A meticulously planned logistical setup:

• 6 shuttle buses arranged in advance from various access points • Guest reception, check-in, personalized wristbands, and VIP signage • High-end catering by Butard Enescot

Everything was designed to streamline flow, encourage informal interactions, and extend the experience late into the night.
