ILTM Cannes - Bürgenstock Cocktail
On the occasion of ILTM Cannes 2024, one of the key moments in the luxury travel calendar, Bürgenstock Collection gathered more than 200 guests for an elegant cocktail evening on the beach of the Carlton. For the second year in a row, Creative Spirit imagined a refined experience: a crafted interlude of hospitality and togetherness at the heart of the show.
Our approach
Bürgenstock at ILTM Cannes: elegance with feet in the sand
We crafted an evening that speaks the visual and emotional language of Bürgenstock Collection: clean-lined, luminous, and delicately sophisticated. The Carlton beach becomes an open-air lounge, where chic furniture, floral compositions, and the soft Mediterranean sunset create a natural setting designed for conversation.
Our creative vision: welcoming, without artifice
Our approach: elevate what already exists. The venue is shaped as a natural extension of the brand, where gentle materials and refined details embody Swiss hospitality — reimagined under the Cannes sun. The scenography is purposely fluid, encouraging encounters, dialogue, and an organic experience of the space.

The Creative Experience
1. Scenography & Space Design
• Structuring of the beach into several complementary zones:
• Lounge area with low seating and coffee tables to encourage conversation.
• Central bar and food stations integrated seamlessly into the natural flow of the venue.
• Custom-designed photocall.
• A DJ booth positioned at the heart of the space.
White floral compositions, designed in multiple formats (bar, high tables, lounge tables) — added a soft, contemporary expression of elegance.
2. Atmosphere & Entertainment
Creative Spirit curated the musical direction, with a DJ set blending elegant house, sunlit lounge, and subtle international influences, giving the evening a discreet yet enveloping rhythm.
3. Coordination & Logistics
• Supply and installation of premium furniture.
• Floral design and full onsite implementation.
• Technical direction (sound, lighting, layout, cabling).
• Coordination with the photographer to capture key moments.
• Guest access management, check-in, and smooth transitions throughout the evening.
